A series of 4 expert panels were held between October 2010 and January 2011. The sessions concentrated on the following areas:
1) Defining the key concepts of Coastal Literacy
2) Drawing upon the diversity of opinion and knowledge to make Coastal Literacy relevant; not just for the Peninsula but for potential roll-out nationally
3) Defining an educational resource that will be incorporated into a wider communications plan for the Pathfinder project
The first panel session was held on 27th October 2010 and was attended by 10 experts or representatives of key local stakeholder groups. The presentations from the 1st panel workshop can be downloaded here;

In the 2nd panel on 17th November 2010, the panel worked in small groups to discuss and define the draft coastal literacy conceptual framework. The latest version of this framework (1st March 2011) is available to download HERE.
The 3rd and 4th panel sessions (15th December 2010 and 19th January 2011) focussed on the production of a coastal educational resource for the Manhood Peninsula.
